Formerly the home of Clarke Florist, this property has fallen into severe disrepair. With collapsing green houses and shop, Cathy Lund, owner of City Kitty, saw the potential for a new home for her life’s work. This design restored the street character along this stretch of Hope Street in a mixed development of her “cats only” veterinary practice, a Montessori school, and three apartments.
