Formerly the site of the Rose Cottage, the owner of the Spring House wished to transform the structure into a new boutique inn for Block Island. During preliminary investigations, it was determined that the structure had been decimated by powder post beetles and termites.

This entirely new structure sites prominently on its site capturing stunning water views while harkening to the original structure.
